How and when do I get paid?+
In real money, monthly, with no minimum. Each commission clears 30 days after the payment (so refunds never claw back your cash), then on the 1st of the month everything cleared is transferred to the Stripe account you connected on your Referrals page — even a single commission.
Do I need to be a paying member to refer?+
No. Join free as a referral partner — no subscription, no card. You get your link immediately and connect a Stripe account (about two minutes) to receive transfers. Earnings accrue safely either way and pay out once you connect.
How is this tracked?+
Your link sets a 30-day attribution cookie and records the click. Every signup, every commission, its rate, each referral's 12-month window, and every payout appear live on your Referrals page — clicks, signups, active referrals, clearing, ready, and paid.
How long do I earn on each referral?+
Twelve months per referral, counted from their first paid subscription period. Every referral you bring in starts its own 12-month window, so your income grows with each new customer.
What's not allowed?+
Self-referrals, referring accounts you control, and spam or deceptive promotion. Fraudulent commissions are reversed. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
