The automation engine
Hundreds of products.
Marketed and shipped on autopilot.
Automation workflows design new products, film AI UGC videos for them, schedule delivery to connected social accounts, and automatically fulfill eligible orders with tracking. Configure your accounts and shop settings, then monitor content, orders, and exceptions from one workspace.

Two workflows, one flywheel
One creates products. One promotes them. On your schedule.
Run them together and the flywheel turns by itself: the creator keeps your catalog growing, the promoter keeps every product on camera and on feed. Choose a pace your plan and connected credits support, and review results as your catalog grows.
Markets what you stock
Auto Product Video Promoter
Point it at a product queue and pick up to five daily times. On every trigger it takes the next product, writes a script in your brand voice, films your AI creator presenting it, captions it, and drops the finished video into the next open posting slot on the social accounts you chose. The queue loops, so your catalog never stops being marketed.
- 1Product queue, in your order
- 2AI script + AI creator films it
- 3Captioned and scheduled automatically
- 4Posted to your platforms, on time
Invents what you sell
Auto Product Creator
Give it your shop's theme and optional style references. Each run designs a brand-new piece of artwork, applies it to a product type you chose — tees, hoodies, mugs, leggings, totes, and 1,000+ more — checks print quality, prices it at your margin, and publishes it to the stores you selected. Your catalog literally grows while you sleep.
- 1Fresh AI artwork in your theme
- 2Applied to real products
- 3Print-quality checked + priced
- 4Published to your shops
Social auto-posting
Eight platforms. One calendar. Zero copy-paste.
Connect your accounts in one click each. Every finished video is captioned, gets an AI-designed cover, and is scheduled into your recurring posting slots — each platform at its own best times, all visible on one social calendar you fully control.

A day on autopilot
What your store does while you don't.
An illustrative workflow, not a promise of sales or processing times. Generation, platform delivery, and supplier updates vary.
- 9:30 AM
Workflow fires: next product in the queue gets its script, and your AI creator films the video.
- 9:34 AM
The finished video is captioned, gets an AI cover, and lands on today's calendar slot.
- 11:00 AM
Auto-post goes out to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — each platform at its own best time.
- 2:12 PM
A buyer pays through your connected Stripe setup. Settlement and bank payout follow its applicable schedule.
- 2:13 PM
With automatic fulfillment enabled, an eligible order is submitted to the connected supplier. Orders needing attention stay visible in your dashboard.
- 2:15 PM
Your buyer receives an order confirmation. Tracking follows when the supplier reports a shipment.
- 6:00 PM
Second trigger of the day: the next product gets its own video and tomorrow's slots start filling.
Fulfillment & logistics
From a paid order to supported fulfillment.
Enable automatic fulfillment for eligible sourced and print-on-demand products. Your connected suppliers handle production and shipping; you monitor tracking and resolve exceptions. Import-only products need a manual delivery plan.
Supported order placement
Paid orders for eligible products can be submitted automatically when your shop setting, provider connection, payment arrangement, and buyer details are ready. Supplier acceptance and production are separate stages.
Tracking in one place
Supported supplier updates attach tracking to the order and inform your buyer. Watch the order dashboard for progress, missing information, or production holds.
Branded buyer emails
Order confirmed, shipped, delivered — your buyer hears from your brand at every milestone, automatically.
Payments through your account
Checkout uses your connected Stripe setup. Settlement and payout schedules apply; sales revenue is not profit after product costs, shipping, fees, and other expenses.
Returns handled
Real return flows from your dashboard, including refunds — no support inbox archaeology.
Pricing you control
Set retail prices and markups, then check the full cost of delivering each product. Shipping, supplier price changes, fees, and refunds affect realized margins.
Questions
Automation, answered.
What is the My UGC Shop automation system?⌄
A set of always-on workflows that run your store's daily work for you: designing new products, filming AI UGC product videos, posting them across your social accounts on a schedule, and fulfilling the orders that come back — with shipping and tracking handled automatically. You set the queue, the schedule, and the accounts; the system does the reps every single day.
Which social platforms does auto-posting support?⌄
Eight: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Connect any of them in one click, choose which accounts each workflow posts to, and the calendar schedules every video into your recurring posting slots per platform.
How many videos and posts can it produce?⌄
Each workflow fires up to five times a day, and every fire can film and schedule a video. Plans include 300 autopilot posts a month on Launch and 1,000 a month on Scale — enough to market hundreds of products with fresh video every month, across every connected platform.
Does it really create new products by itself?⌄
Yes. The Auto Product Creator workflow generates original artwork in your shop's theme on every run, applies it to real products from a catalog of 1,000+ types (apparel, drinkware, home goods, and more), verifies print quality, prices it at your margin, and publishes it to the shops you selected. Hundreds of unique products a month is a normal pace.
How does auto-fulfillment and shipping work?⌄
When a buyer pays, eligible retail and connected print-on-demand items can enter automatic fulfillment if you enabled it for the shop and the provider connection, payment arrangement, and order details are ready. The supplier accepts the order, produces or picks the item, and ships it; supported updates bring tracking and buyer notifications back into the workspace. Import-only listings and unsourced concepts need manual fulfillment. Provider failures and production holds require your attention. Payment is not proof of shipment.
Do I need to film anything myself?⌄
No. You design an AI creator once — look, skin tone, English or Spanish — and that consistent creator presents every product video. The same video system has produced sales every day for over a year. Rendering is pay as you go on your own connected video credits, about $1.29 to $7.88 per finished video, so video costs stay transparent and yours.
Am I still in control of what goes out?⌄
Completely. You choose the products in each queue, the exact daily trigger times (Eastern Time), the platforms, and the posting slots. Every scheduled post is visible on your social calendar before it goes out, and you can reschedule or cancel any of them with one click.
Is the automation included in my plan?⌄
Yes — workflows, auto-posting, the social calendar, and auto-fulfillment are included in every subscription. Video renders are pay as you go on your own connected video credits (about $1.29–$7.88 per video), and AI actions (scripts, artwork, captions) come with your plan: 300 a month on Launch, 1,200 on Scale.
Your store's next hundred products don't need you.
Set the theme, the queue, and the schedule once. The automation designs, films, posts, sells, and ships from there — every day, on every platform you connect.
